St. Paul JCC-Camp Butwin

Campers work with new supplies making animal track molds, create ecosystems in aquariums, explore Camp Butwin's abundant wildlife, and keep nature diaries. Project Wild and Project Learning Tree are curriculums developed by the Minnesota DNR and are used extensively by our Nature Specialist. The program uses nature walks and a variety of resources to identify local flora and fauna. Survival and orienteering skills are introduced. We keep nature participatory, experiential and age appropriate.
