Campers
completing grade three and four participate in the Kibbutz program.
A Kibbutz is a group of people living and working together.
Returning Butwin campers always look forward to the Kibbutz
experience; Using the ropes course and climbing tower, weekly
overnights, and a great summer guaranteed.
The Kibbutz village has more choice in their weekly schedule than other programs. Campers choose favorite activities during selected Hasmanah (choice) periods.
Kibbutz
overnights are held on Thursday nights. The schedule begins
with a fun field trip after camp ends on Thursday afternoon.
Overnight activities include: Water Parks, Grand Slam, Minnesota
Twins baseball, Minnesota Thunder soccer and
other similar activities. After the field trip campers return
to Butwin for a cook-out dinner, evening programs, and an
overnight sleeping in tents on the Camp Butwin Site.
